On March 8th, it is International Women’s Day! According to Huffington Post, only 30.3 million women were in the workforce compared to the 72.7 million women that were in the work force in 2010. According to Tech Crunch, “In 2009, 9.5% startups had at least one woman founder, but by 2014 that rate had almost doubled to 18%.” PR has also been overtaken by women.
