Beth joined Pierce-Cote in 2018 with a track record on both the agency and client side of relationship building, creative thinking, and business growth. Beth began her career at premier Boston ad agencies, where she helped create award-winning advertising for various B2C and B2B national clients. After a decade in advertising, she moved to the client side, working for McDonald’s Corporation in progressive marketing leadership roles. As the Chief Marketing Officer for over 650 McDonald’s restaurants across the New England states, she has been recognized with numerous awards for sales and transaction growth, product introductions, and Public Relations initiatives. Beth earned her Bachelor of Arts in the French Language from Hamilton College and received a Brand Mastery Certification from Northwestern University.
