Ashley Boiardi brings significant business and leadership experience to RCG, overseeing all operations of the company. Ashley has served in leadership roles at RCG for the last decade, most recently as Chief of Staff and Director of Human Resources. She is a dynamic leader who has taken on every challenge and executed flawlessly in her many roles. RCG is the sixth largest privately owned public relations firm in the country, with more than 100 clients and offices in Boston, New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Washington D.C., South Carolina, and Florida. Ashley’s focus is on continuing the evolution of the brand as a full-service communications firm that achieves unparalleled results for its valued clients and can service all their needs. Ashley has a background in the arts and event planning. Graduating from Framingham State University with a B.A. in Fashion Merchandising and Design, minoring in Business, and has earned numerous awards, including winning the Boston Symphony Orchestra’s Ludwig Beethoven Design Competition and Boston’s Deck the Windows Competition, along with planning and executing Regan’s wedding in 2022. With the proven ability to provide transformative leadership, at the helm Ashley will lead the company into the future as a multi-dimensional communications firm.
