We're proud to have helped land this powerful op-ed by Christopher Hill, a retired police sergeant and CEO of @nationalpal, in @bostonherald. In the piece, Sgt. Hill reflects on the vital role law enforcement plays in both preventing violence and building positive relationships with youth.

He highlights how, even in the face of grave danger – such as last week’s incident where seven San Antonio officers were shot while responding to a “suicide in progress” call -- police officers continually strive for peaceful resolutions and go the extra mile to mentor young people facing hardships.

One of our clients, the premier discount retail chain Ocean State Job Lot, has donated 70,000 pounds of essential supplies to communities in California impacted by the ongoing wildfires. Items included clothing for adults and children, non-perishable food, cleaning and hygiene supplies, pet food, and water.

All donated supplies are purchased at cost, in part through donations made by customers at each OSJL store to the 501(c)(3) Ocean State Job Lot Charitable Foundation to support the relief efforts. Monetary donations are being accepted in-store and online at: https://www.oceanstatejoblot.com/osjl-charitable-foundation.

Ocean State’s partner, the United Cajun Navy, is coordinating the shipment of the supplies to the most impacted areas. Ocean State operates 159 stores throughout New England and in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. As their communications partner, we are proud of their charitable efforts and proud to help amplify them.
In our time, as much as in any other, we are reminded of the moral imperative to live Dr. King’s message of non-violence, justice, and love.

Happy Holidays! We hope you enjoyed the day with family and friends. ๐ŸŽ„
Spreading holiday cheer today! Regan Communications is grateful to support two families in our community this holiday season. It was a wonderful afternoon experiencing a bit of Christmas magic as these kiddos opened gifts donated by our great staff. ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽโœจ

Thank you to our friends @joeswaterfront for making the day special! โค๏ธ
On many days over the decades, we were privileged to be in the presence of Francis X. Bellotti, including at this summer’s dedication of The Lone Sailor statue in his hometown. No public servant ever loved this state more, or fought harder for its people. Farewell, dear friend.
Earlier today, Miles for Military made it possible for PFC Antonio Marcucci, a fourth-generation Marine, to reunite with his Fall River family for the holidays. PFC Marcucci, who is stationed at Camp Lejeune and serves in an unmanned aerial system unit, arrived home to Massachusetts on, of all days, Pearl Harbor Day, making the occasion even more meaningful as we honor military service and sacrifice.

Thanks to the organization’s unique program, PFC Marcucci’s flight home was made possible through volunteer service he performed at his base. Regan Communications Group was proud to assist Miles for Military in arranging press coverage and communications for this special moment., and we’re excited to see how this program continues to bring Marines and their families together.

A statement from George K. Regan on the passing of Boston legend, Jack Connors.
One of our longstanding partners, @herbchambersco, joined with the Animal Rescue League of Boston today for another #TooHotforSpot event — a great reminder about the dangerous consequences of leaving a pet in a parked car during warm weather. Remember, even with the car window open, temperatures inside a parked car can quickly rise to deadly levels for your furry friend. So please do right by your best friend and remember that when it’s warm out, your vehicle is “Too Hot for Spot!” Among those partnering to spread that message this morning at the ARL’s Dedham facility were Nicolas Gennitti, CEO of Herb Chambers Companies (right), ARL-Boston President and CEO Dr. Edward Schettino, ARL-Boston Communications Director Michael Defina, ARL shelter staff members, and, of course, the star attraction, a pup named Patience!
