Josh Kraft is the President of Kraft Family Philanthropies for the Kraft Group, where he is responsible for overseeing the family’s numerous philanthropic initiatives. Before joining the Kraft Group, Mr. Kraft spent 30 years at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston (BGCB), where he served as the Nicholas President and CEO for 12 years. Under his leadership, he doubled BGCB’s budget and, through the Opening Doors campaign, raised $132 million, surpassing the $125 million goal. During his tenure, Mr. Kraft heightened the organization’s impact and reach by doubling club memberships and fostering a community of 200+ program partners throughout Boston and Chelsea.
