RCG has guided Charter Oak Credit Union through a digital marketing transformation which was accelerated by COVID-19. Through this process, RCG has helped shift approximately 60% of its media budget to digital platforms. Since launching, RCG has generated over 1 million impressions through social advertising; a platform not previously used by the institution. Despite the impacts of COVID-19 on the economy, Charter Oak’s website has experienced a 10% increase in gross website traffic and a 16% increase in new users as well as a 2% increase in page views, all while reducing the bounce rate.
