Micah Osborne is a Senior Account Executive at Regan Communications Group, where she leads strategic communications, media relations, and event support for clients spanning industries and missions. With more than a decade of experience, she specializes in crisis communications, executive messaging, and storytelling that drives engagement and visibility.
In her role, Micah develops and executes integrated communications strategies, crafting compelling narratives and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. She plays a key role in coordinating high-profile events, managing everything from media relations and on-site press to post-event coverage, while also providing strategic guidance during time-sensitive or complex communications challenges.
Prior to joining Regan Communications Group, Micah served as the Communications Director for Putnam County Schools, where she led all internal and external communications for West Virginia’s top-performing school districts. In this role, she built and managed a comprehensive communications program from the ground up, overseeing media relations, crisis response, community engagement, large-scale event production, and digital strategy.
Known for her strategic mindset and creative approach, Micah brings a unique ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives. A former collegiate athlete and state Track & Field champion, she approaches her work with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
