Max Baker has nearly ten years of political and communications experience, having served as the spokesman for Josh Kraft’s campaign for mayor of Boston, press secretary and senior spokesman for the Boston Public Schools, and an aide to Senator Amy Klobuchar. Max was a member of Senator Klobuchar’s 2020 presidential campaign and worked with the Pennsylvania Democratic Party on the coordinated campaign for Vice President Kamala Harris’ 2024 presidential campaign. He interned for Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton during her 2016 presidential campaign in New Hampshire, Congressman Hank Johnson (D-GA-04), then-Mayor Marty Walsh’s 2017 re-election campaign, and the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee. In his free time, Max enjoys playing squash, cycling, sailing, cooking elaborate meals that do not always turn out properly, and reading literary fiction. He lives in Boston, but is a native of Thomasville, Georgia and a proud alumnus of Boston College.
