Lauren has built a career rooted in public service, strategic communication, and community engagement. She began as a Field Organizer with the New Hampshire Democratic Party, where she led volunteer teams, organized outreach efforts, and built strong relationships with local communities.
She later served as a Legislative Aide to the Assistant Majority Leader in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, acting as a liaison between constituents, advocacy groups, and state agencies while managing casework and supporting daily operations.
Lauren now serves as an Administrative Assistant at Regan Communications Group, where she plays a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, managing scheduling logistics, and assisting with client services to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
She graduated magna cum laude from Fairfield University.
