Chuck is a seasoned marketing and communications executive with more than three decades of experience driving brand growth, business development, and strategic communications across the hospitality, real estate, and luxury lifestyle sectors. As Vice President of Business Development at Regan Communications -Florida, Chuck is responsible for expanding the firm’s footprint across the state, cultivating new client relationships, and delivering integrated marketing, public relations, and creative solutions that drive measurable results for their clients.
Chuck brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to his role, shaped by a career that blends agency leadership, in-house executive experience, and entrepreneurial success. Most recently, he served as Director of Marketing & Communications for Penn-Florida Companies, where he led corporate marketing strategy and communications for a diverse portfolio exceeding six million square feet of commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets. His work included spearheading branding, public relations, and digital marketing initiatives for landmark developments such as Via Mizner and the Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Boca Raton, as well as supporting the launch and positioning of the Via Mizner Golf Club.
In parallel with his corporate leadership roles, Chuck has long served as the owner of KingstonSmith Communications, a boutique consultancy specializing in hospitality and lifestyle brands. Through this platform, he has advised a wide range of clients—from luxury resorts and private clubs to restaurants, marinas, and real estate ventures—helping reposition underperforming assets, launch new concepts, and elevate brand visibility through strategic storytelling and integrated marketing.
Earlier in his career, Chuck held senior leadership positions with prominent hospitality organizations including Premier Island Management Group, where he drove record-setting revenue growth and oversaw marketing, sales, and asset development initiatives, and Remington Hotels’ Duval Collection in Key West, where he revitalized multiple resort and restaurant brands. He also served as Director of Marketing Communications for Island Global Yachting, leading global branding and communications eƯorts across an international portfolio of luxury marinas, and he spent nearly a decade with the Boca Raton Resort & Club, where he built and led comprehensive public relations and marketing programs.
