Edward M. Kennedy Institute Honors Former President Joe Biden

The Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate’s 10th Anniversary Celebration honoring former President Joseph R. Biden, former Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh, and retired Admiral Lisa Franchetti honored the Institute’s mission and purpose.
