With the arrival of June, the warm, summer weather is here to stay (at least for the time-being), so there’s certainly lots to celebrate – and what’s a celebration without food & drink?  The teams at Regan Communications Group (RCG) are constantly working with clients to develop exciting and unique angles for media coverage, but the most enjoyable ones are usually food-related. Maximizing coverage AND taste-testing the most delicious food and beverages in the city—what’s not to love? Looking ahead through the month of June, we have put together a to-do list for our fellow foodies, which includes some of the hottest culinary happenings & dining destinations to check out around town!

1.  Chefs in Shorts (The Seaport World Trade Center, 200 Seaport Boulevard, Boston – 617.385.5000 – www.seaportboston.com):

On June 19th, the 18th annual “Chefs in Short” will bring together a group of the area’s top culinary talent who will fire up the grills and create their favorite dishes during this expansive outdoor, summer-in-the-city barbeque hosted at the Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center. Join some of Boston’s best chefs for an evening of grill-offs, desserts, beer & wine, and fun, all to benefit Future Chefs, a local nonprofit focused on first careers in the culinary arts.  Tickets are $80 per person (includes admission with complimentary beer, wine, and culinary tastings) and are available online.
