Paula Gates, Senior Vice President and Business Team Leader


Paula Gates, Vice President and Business Team Leader, has more than 30 years of communications experience, including 15 years in television news management in the Boston market, and 15+ years in public relations, media relations, marketing, advertising, and promotion.  She has worked in the for-profit and non-profit arenas, as well as on both the client side and agency side, with a focus on financial services and healthcare public relations.  Paula is successful in national and international media placements for clients. She also has extensive experience in entertainment marketing, handling public relations and promotion for world-class performers including Tony Bennett, Liza Minelli, the Boston Pops, the Steve Miller Band, and the Beach Boys.  Paula has a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from Arizona State University’s College of Business Administration, and studied for her Master of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism at Boston University’s College of Communication.

Brent O’Connor, Vice President


Brent O’Connor, a seasoned marketing and public relations expert, joined Regan Communications in 2012 after a 12-year stint in New York City.  Brent has extensive experience in consumer brands and consumer practice areas for numerous corporate and Fortune 500 companies including Benihana, Clinique, Indie Lee Natural Beauty, Diageo, Suntory, Olympus, and Siemens.  More recently, he had the opportunity to work with both Lady Gaga and Madonna.  An expert with media strategies as well as a tactical understanding of digital and social media, Brent continues to manage and produce integrated communication plans for national and international clients.

Stacy Wilbur, Vice President and Team Leader


Stacy Wilbur has more than 12 years of public relations experience working on clients including nonprofits, consumer, hospitality, and B2B. She generates coverage for her clients locally and nationally, and  develops relationships across many media organizations. Prior to returning to Regan, she was an account supervisor at a small public relations firm in Boston, where she led public relations implementation for its consumer and nonprofit clientele. She also served as the director of public relations for notable Boston nonprofits, including Project Bread – The Walk for Hunger and the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. She began her career at Regan Communications where she handled several of the company’s high-profile accounts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Lisa Bell, Vice President & Team Leader


Lisa Bell is an experienced manager with extensive public relations, social media, crisis communications, marketing, and event planning experience. She has placed the full gamut of stories in a variety of top print, online, TV, and radio media nationwide. Since joining Regan Communications in the fall of 2006, Lisa has worked on and overseen accounts in the business, retail, non-profit, and hospitality industries. Prior to Regan, Lisa served as communications manager at Mullen where she worked with, Olympus, and the Grain Foods Foundation. Prior to Mullen, she was with Citigate Cunningham in Cambridge, MA, and G.S. Schwartz & Co. and Burson-Marsteller, both in New York City. She began her career at Schwartz Communications in San Francisco. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Fordham University.

Joanna Roffo, Vice President & Team Leader


At Regan Communications, Joanna services a multitude of clients within the hospitality, entertainment, and charitable fields. With over 10 years’ experience in various public relations capabilities at Regan, she now leads the lifestyle and hospitality division, cultivating strong relationships with the Boston media with a focus on lifestyle and culinary press. Over the years, Joanna has represented a broad range of high-profile clients, successfully creating and executing some of Boston's most highly anticipated events. Joanna is committed and loyal to the clients she represents and has successfully introduced many brands to the Boston area. She also specializes in launching brands and crisis communications.

Lindsay Rotondi, Vice President & Team Leader


At Regan Communications Group, Lindsay services a multitude of clients within the hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, consumer, and charitable fields. Joining the team in 2006, Lindsay leads a variety of lifestyle accounts ranging from restaurants and hotels, to beauty and fashion, to nonprofits. Responsible for creating and executing integrated communications campaigns, Lindsay has an impressive success rate of garnering consistent positive media placements for clients on both local and national levels. Lindsay also manages social media and marketing initiatives in addition to event planning for her clients. A graduate of Boston University, Lindsay’s client list includes top-rated chefs, restaurants, and hotels as well as internationally recognized consumer brands. As an expert in the field of lifestyle public relations, Lindsay has been featured in media outlets such as Cosmopolitan, BizBash and STUFF Magazine.
